Placing an order, payment and shipping

Humble Homemade Hifi values great importance to personal advice and appropriate individual solutions. We do not want to be "just another webshop" in loudspeaker components. We offer our customers the opportunity to determine (making use of our advise and extensive experience) which parts and solutions are best suited within the available budget, taking into account the entire hifi chain, the acoustics of the listening room and also the personal taste of the customer. Therefore, you will not find an impersonal "drag-and-drop" shopping cart, but all orders are placed via e-mail so that you make the most of our experience and expertise.

We also supply loudspeaker parts, drivers and crossover components of all major brands. We are an official supplier for Accuton, B&C Speakers, Beyma, Bliesma, Duelund Coherent Audio, Faital Pro, Furutech, Intertechnik, Jantzen Audio, Monacor, Morel, Mundorf, Purifi, RCF, SB Acoustics, SB Audience, ScanSpeak, Seas and many others. Although we have a large stock, it is possible that there is some lead-time on certain items.

Be aware of fake products being sold under the Humble Homemade Hifi brand. I have come across a few websites claiming to sell our products. These are all fake as we do not work with any dealers nor resellers. Humble Homemade Hifi products are only sold direct from us. If you have any doubts about the authenticity or origin of a product, send us an e-mail. Thank you.

Important notice for our international customers: We have noticed that some apps and providers occasionally block e-mails sent from Europe. Please check your spam box if you think you have not received a reply from us. If you do find our reply in your spambox, please move it to your inbox and add our address to your Trusted Senders list. All prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of stated on the quotation. Where quotations are given, the price will remain at the agreed price unless additional work is requested by you. Our general price-list is availble as a download in pdf-format: Humble Homemade Hifi General Price List. All pricing is in euro's and includes 21% dutch sales tax. Products sold and shipped outside the EU are free from this sales tax.

HOW TO PAY

When you place an order and you will receive all specified costs plus details for paying. Payments shall be made in advance and may take place by one of the following options:

1) Bank Transfer: Please contact us before making any payments. All transfer details (such as IBAN and BIC/Swift codes) will be supplied with a corresponding invoice. For payments from outside the European Union there is a € 12,- surcharge. Please make sure that all transfer costs that your bank charges are also covered. All payments shall be carried out in Euro's. Customers inside The Netherlands will receive a bank payment request.
2) PayPal: Please contact us before making any payments. We will send you a PayPal Money Request with a corresponding invoice. PayPal charges money for every transfer, therefore 4% extra costs will be added to the total to cover fees that Paypal debits from our account.
3) Pick-up at Humble Homemade Hifi: it is possible to pick-up your goods personally. This can be done by appointment only.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

Delivery time and shipping-costs depend on the size and weight of the shipment, the country of destination and the chosen shipment options. We will kindy supply you with all the details and options. We can ship with PostNL, UPS, Fedex, DPD, DHL or GLS. A tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation e-mail. All shipments should be inspected upon delivery. Any damages incurred during shipping should be immediatly claimed to the carrier. All shipments are insured as standard. International shipments can only be insured for the declared customs value of your order. Please contact us about pricing before making any payments.
